The vision of National Grid is to modernise the platforms that help the officials manage accurate demand prediction, timely release of energy capacity and accurate billing in adherence to regional rate guidelines.
1. Collaborative Discovery
A collaborative workshop with key stakeholders helped uncover the pain points in the user's daily work within existing systems. This also shed light on usage behaviours, interdependencies and aspirations.​

​The overview helped to plan a product roadmap leading to layers of lean deliveries ensuring complete experiences at each iteration.
