Types of events that needs setting recurrence:

  1. Scheduling push notifications and messages

  2. Configuring bonus day dates

  3. Creating QR code with validity dates

Recurrence scenarios:

  • Daily

  • Weekly on certain days. Example, every Saturday and Sunday of the week

  • Monthly on certain dates. Example, every month on dates 3, 5, 15

  • Monthly on certain days. Example, every 2nd and 4th Monday and Friday of each month

  • Monthly on certain days. Example, every 1st Tuesdays and 4th Fridays of each month

Having visibility of the dates being set reduced effort in manually planning and setting recurring events on the business portal. The design understood the user behaviour of using a physical calendar to manage and mark event overlaps.
